How do I refill the misting unit with concentrate?

To refill a Gen 1.3 Drum Unit, you’ll partially fill the drum with water, add a known volume of a Gen 1.3 approved concentrate, top off the drum with water and then reset the Level Indicator in the unit’s controller.  Click here for a detailed Gen 1.3 Refill Checklist.

To refill a Gen 3 Tankless Unit, you’ll remove the empty bottle from the coupler, thread the Plus Cap onto a bottle filled with a Gen 3 approved concentrate and insert it, then step through the Refill routine in the unit’s controller.  Click here for a detailed Gen 3 Refill Checklist.
