Controller displays NOZ00, SKIP, ERR# or SUS and unit will not mist

Unit displays NOZ00 and will not mist.

  • Cause:  Nozzle count in the SET-Up Menu is not set.
  • Clear by pressing and holding the Red MENU/STOP button for 5 seconds.
  • Press the Red MENU/STOP button to display the triangular cursor, ►, by DAY/TIME position on left side of display.
  • Use ▲ or ▼ buttons to move through list of menu items to SET-UP
  • Press Green ► button to select SET-UP, then use ▲ or ▼ buttons to NOZ (NZ1 if unit has a Zone Kit installed.)
  • Press Green ► button and “00” will flash
  • Use ▲ or ▼ buttons to set the number of nozzles on the system
  • If the unit has a Zone Kit, repeat the process for NZ2
  • Press Red MENU/STOP button to return to home screen.

 

Unit displays SKIP and will not mist.

  • Cause:  Controller received SKIP NEXT MIST command from remote transmitter and suspended operation until after that mist cycle
  • Clear by pressing and holding the gray ▲ button 5 seconds.

 

Unit displays ERR# and will not mist.

  • Cause:  Controller has self-diagnosed a problem and suspended operation until the error is cleared.
  • Clear by pressing and holding the Red MENU/STOP button for 5 seconds.
  • The unit will attempt to operate at the next programmed mist cycle or a remote mist command, but it will probably self-diagnose and suspend operation again until the root cause of the error is resolved.

Unit displays SUS and will not mist.

  • Cause:  Controller was expecting input from a wind sensor but one is not installed.
  • Press Green ► button to select SET-UP, then use ▲ or ▼ buttons to SEN
  • Press Green ► button, then use ▲ or ▼ to set SEN to OFF.
